The SNMP notifications (Trap and Inform messages) that were most recently sent are recorded in a log, as described by NOTIFICATION-LOG-MIB (RFC 3014). If the sending of a notification fails—for example, because a recipient is not reachable—the notification is still included in the log. Supported Platforms This feature is supported on all platforms. Configuration The maximum number of notifications in the log is specified via nlmConfigGlobalEntryLimit.
