OSPFv3 LSA Limit

Description A router keeps track of the total number of LSAs for each OSPFv3 instance. The LSA Limit feature provides a mechanism to control the number of LSAs allowed in an OSPFv3 instance.  This feature can be used to prevent OSPFv3 from being overloaded by network storms and help limit impact on the OSPFv3 network.
