Hi

I tried to update EOS to 4.23.0.1F but after update I don’t see any ports and I have information that image is not compatible with existing.

I download image from:
https://www.arista.com/en/support/software-download

I tried both version:
vEOS-lab-4.26.0.1F.swi
vEOS64-lab-4.26.0.1F.swi

Hi Wojciech

Just to clarify, did you upgrade the switch (7060CX2-32S-F) to vEOS-lab-4.26.0.1F.swi / vEOS64-lab-4.26.0.1F.swi ?

^ If yes, then it is expected to see the issue that you saw as vEOS-lab images are not meant to be used for Hardware platforms (7060CX2 is HW based). vEOS-lab images are meant only for Virtual based environments (like VMs hosted on ESXi) and also vEOS-lab comes with limited features as it is free to download.

To upgrade your 7060X2 device, you need to download the EOS images from the EOS folder in Software download page. The EOS image should start with "EOS" not "vEOS" and should end with ".swi". Example- "EOS-4.26.0.1F.swi"

Aniket
