I am using BGP on Arista 7280SR, and the ip are on vlan interfaces (not sub-interfaces).
Is it a limitation of the Jericho chip, EOS, or did I misunderstand the way I’m supposed to get BGP extension informations via sflow in my setup ?
The “sflow extension bgp” command enables BGP export to sFlow.
Using this feature the routing agent will export the BGP routing table and autonomous system path information to the sFlow agent. But, there must be a bgp instance on the switch for the sFlow export feature to operate.
Please find more information on this here: https://www.arista.com/en/um-eos/eos-section-48-3-sflow-configuration-commands#ww1202823
Hello and thank you. I already configured “sflow extension bgp”, I’m receiving packets from sflow but without the bgp informations. Can it be because I’m using “routing protocols model multi-agent”?
On Multi-agent, sflow bgp extension support came in 4.22.0F release.
