The command is going to be specific to the hardware (ASIC) running, the command is:

show platform <ASIC> tcam summ

An example from a 7048T which uses Petra ASIC.

switch#show platform petraA tcam summ
==========================
Petra0 TCAM:
==========================
Number of CAM lines used by PROG_PORT is 35.
Number of CAM lines used by ACL_L2 is 7 (0 from MAC ACL, 0 from MAC RACL).
Number of CAM lines used by ACL_L3A is 4 (0 from IP ACL, 0 from IP RACL).

Bank Used Used % Total Used By
————————————————————
0 0 0 % 1024 0 by IPV4_MC
1 39 7 % 512 35 by PROG_PORT
4 by ACL_L3A
2 7 1 % 512 7 by ACL_L2
3 0 0 % 512 0 by IPV6

Petra1 TCAM:

Let us know the hardware platform (switch model) and I can get you the specific command….
