I have a 7050QX-32, its CPU Utilization is high . Please tell me why ?

Hi Song,

Thanks for writing to the forum. From the output, you shared the Agent 'StrataL2' is on top with 43.7% of CPU utilization at this point.  You would need to monitor the device. Is this Agent always on top? How frequently are you seeing the CPU utilization high? Please also monitor if there is any activity or change taking place, which is triggering the CPU to go high?

If it is happening once in a while, the CPU going high and coming back to normal, you should ignore it as this is normal. There are multiple protocols/processes running in the device and they use the resources when it is needed. Once they are done they release the resources, and this is expected behaviour. However, if any process is taking resources and not releasing them back, that is something to worry about.

If that is the case I would suggest opening a TAC case with detailed observation/logs and impact seen.
