Hi,

 

Yes you can mirror the data plane to the EOS CPU, it is supported on the 7368 and therefore the 7060X4.

At the below feature matrix you can check the feature named Mirror to EOS

Since it supports mirror ACL you should also be able to select the traffic by specific source and destination L3 or L4.

That will limit the traffic to what you deem interesting as opposed to an overwhelming 12.8 Tbps of traffic.
