If I disable link-flap monitor and configure link-debounce to 10 sec, what will happen when the link went down? My objective is to have the port remain up if it is not down for more than 10 sec. At the same time, I do not want the errdisable link-flap detect the flapping and errdisable the port.

Sample configuration:

interface Ethernet10
link-debounce time 10000 10000
switchport access vlan 100
no switchport mac address learning
no monitor link-flap
mac address-table static xxxx.xxxx.xxxx vlan 100 interface Ethernet10

NOTE: We disable MAC learning and use static MAC

Hi Kian,
Yes it would work

Configuration and outputs examples:

leaf3-b.....15:53:23:(config-if-Et53/1)#show active
interface Ethernet53/1
link-debounce time 30000 30000
switchport trunk allowed vlan 234
switchport mode trunk

Operational commands
leaf3-b.....15:52:14:(config)#show running-config section prompt
prompt %H.....%D{%H:%M:%S}%v:%P
leaf3-b.....15:53:00:(config)#show running-config section logging
logging monitor debugging
leaf3-b.....15:53:06:(config)#terminal monitor
