Hi Team

NTP status does not change from Starting after we set up NTP.

Why doesn’t NTP work?

Below is our TEST information. Please keep in mind.

ntp server vrf NMS_VRF 60.31.46.16 prefer source Loopback11
ntp server vrf NMS_VRF 60.31.46.17 source Loopback11
ntp serve all vrf NMS_VRF

Hi Baek,

Thanks for writing to the forum. Could you please make sure that the UDP port 123 is open in both directions, throughout the path from your switch to the remote NTP servers you wish to synchronize with?

Verified that the udp 123 port is open from the switch to the remote NTP server.
