Hi guys!

 

We actually got on factory a 7060CX-32S, and a couple of Fiberstore transceiver (QSFP-SR4-40G, QSFP+ 850nm 150m *CO); For initial connection, we inserted that transceiver in the switch and it appeared the next Message:

The transceiver for interface X has been disabled because it is not qualified.

 

Reading on other post, we found that there are Hex Code to fix this issue

So, is that right?, and how can we get it?

Thank you for writing to the Forum. In order to ensure quality, Arista devices are designed to work with only properly qualified transceivers. I request that you contact your Sales Rep or Account Manager with Arista to discuss this further.

The device supports only IBM-qualified transceivers. If you use an unqualified transceiver, the switch show command output shows the port in a ModInv state.
