Hi Eli,

You can use the following SNMP MIB to track the status of the LAG members:
IF-MIB::ifStackStatus

switch#show etherchannel
Port Channel Port-Channel2000:
Active Ports: Ethernet51/2 Ethernet51/1

switch#show snmp mib ifmib ifindex Ethernet 51/1
Ethernet51/1: Ifindex = 51001

switch#show snmp mib ifmib ifindex Ethernet 51/2
Ethernet51/2: Ifindex = 51002

switch#show snmp mib ifmib ifindex Port-Channel 2000
Port-Channel2000: Ifindex = 1002000

switch#show snmp mib walk IF-MIB::ifStackStatus.1002000
IF-MIB::ifStackStatus[1002000][51001] = INTEGER: active(1)
IF-MIB::ifStackStatus[1002000][51002] = INTEGER: active(1)

Thanks and Regards,
Himanshu
