You would have the information about warranty of Arista devices in your Renewal document or agreement.
Also you should be able to view your products in the Arista portal under Install base.
In addition you can also raise a case with Arista TAC by dropping a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org by providing the serial numbers and TAC will provide more info regarding S/N of the device i.e the service start date and service end date for warranty of devices.
Regarding switch contract documents/details please check with your Arista Accounts team/SE and they would further help you with the same.
