I have an Arista switch DCS-7150S-52-CL, EOS- in my test lab. After running a soft reboot (reload) and a hard reboot (reload power):

Command: show running-config 
localhost (unknown-hardware, EOS- 
Eth interfaces also disappeared leaving only management one active:
localhost(config)#show interfaces
Management1 is up, line protocol is up (connected)
Hardware is Ethernet, address is .....etc..
localhost#show inventory
 System information

Unfortunately I don’t have physical access to the swich. Please advise what could have happened and haw I can go about this problem.

It looks like the CPU is having trouble communicating to the main ASIC that responsible for the front panel (non mgmt ports).  If you have a support contract I would advise you open up a support case with TAC, they can take you through the next steps as far as resolving this issue.
