How can I share my file with other users?
On Home page, click on the sandwich button beside the tracefile name. From the drop down menu, click the Share option. In the file sharing dialog, enter the email-id of the other user and click Share. Also, you can mark the file as public and share its link on social media or newsletter groups.
How many files can I upload?
Generally a Packets account provides 150 MB of storage space, where you can store up to 30 traces (whichever quota is reached first). To check your current usage, click the ‘Account Settings’ option. To request for more space, click the ‘Need more space?’ option. Both options are available in the drop down menu that appears on clicking your username at the top right corner.
How do I reset my password?
Click your username at the top right corner. From the drop down menu, click Account Settings. In the dialog box, enter the new password (min 4, max 128 characters) in Password and Verify Password fields. Click Save to save the new password.
