I have confirmed that “show int status” will adjust the width of the Name field as necessary to accommodate interfaces with longer names. The same is not true with the output of “show int count rates.”

Is it possible to change the width of the Name field displayed with the “show int counter rate” command?

I beleive you are requesting for terminal length options that would accomodate sh int counter rates output.

If I understand correctly, I don’t believe it is terminal length. It is the number of characters displayed in the “Name” field. “show int status” will adjust the width of this field to show all characters, whereas “show int count rates” does not. For example:

interface Ethernet1/1
description abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz

sh int et1/1 count rate
Port Name Intvl In Mbps % In Kpps Out Mbps % Out Kpps
Et1/1 abcdefghijk 0:05 0.0 0.0% 0 0.0 0.0% 0

show int et1/1 status
Port Name Status Vlan Duplex Speed Type ……
Et1/1 abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz disabled 1 full 10G 40GBASE-CR4 ….

Given that there hasn’t been a response on how to do this, can I infer that this is not possible at this time?
