I have a customer account, but the software download page doesn\’t have any links to CVp download and there is a message indicating that I might not have necessary privileges for downloads.

If you do have one, then look under “CloudVision”
If however you don’t have one, and if you are interested in evaluating CVP, I am sure some ways can be found, but the simplest would be to contact an account team, where a Systems Engineer can help you out. For example try firstname.lastname@example.org with details about your location/region, so the right person can reach out to you.
