Hi Raphael,

Sflow is supported only for ingress flows. Unsure of your use case, but if you are interested in knowing where the traffic is egressing, sflow does include next hop, AS path for destination ip for BGP route. In case of ECMP, starting 4.15.2, sflow can export which ecmp path packet will take.

Do you plan to support sFlow egress in newer versions like juniper and etc. ?

Milen,

It is not clear what do you mean by “newer versions like juniper”, can you perhaps elaborate on this?

If you mean by “sflow egress” to have output interface ifindex value in present in sflow samples, it depends on the switch model and software you are using on it. For example on 7050/7060X family switches, prior EOS 4.19.8M code, egress ifindex was not present in the record. What switch model/code do you use for sampling?
