Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

The tcam profiles which are already present on the device for use can be checked via " show hardware tcam ? ". This command will list out all the profiles as mentioned below:-

(config)#show hardware tcam profile ?
default
detail                         Show TCAM profile details
mirroring-acl
mpls-evpn
pbr-match-nexthop-group
qos
system-feature-source-profile
tap-aggregation-default
tap-aggregation-extended
tc-counters
vxlan-routing(config)#show hardware tcam profile ?
default
detail                         Show TCAM profile details
mirroring-acl
mpls-evpn
pbr-match-nexthop-group
qos
system-feature-source-profile
tap-aggregation-default
tap-aggregation-extended
tc-counters
vxlan-routing

Also, the below mentioned article can be referred to get more information on the user defined tcam profiles:-https://eos.arista.com/eos-4-26-0f/user-defined-tcam-profiles/

To see the current TCAM resource usage, use the show tcam counts EXEC command. To see the current TCAM partitioning, you can use the show  sdm prefer EXEC command.
