If you are receiving BPDU’s on an access port, you need to investigate why that is happening.  This typically happens when you have ports configured as an access port, but end up with a device behind it transmitting BPDU’s. If the device is a switch / router (bridging) then you should not have the port configured as an access port or alternatively you should move the device to the appropriate port.

You can issue a shutdown followed by a no shutdown to bring the port down and re-enable it once you have resolved the problem.
